HASA2020 Postponed

We hope this message finds you well, in what is sure to be a difficult time for many of us.

There is considerable anxiety over attending conferences both locally and internationally at present. Many universities have placed moratoriums on hosting academic events and indeed are not granting their staff leave to travel to conferences, workshops and seminars.

Given the uncertainty of how events will unfold in the next few weeks and indeed what changes will be made to the academic programme in South Africa, we have taken the very difficult decision to postpone HASA2020.

We will monitor the situation and in due course send out a formal communication of when it will be possible to reschedule the conference.

If you have already paid your registration fee and will no longer be able to attend the conference during the new date, you will receive a full refund.

In the meantime, if you have any questions, concerns or indeed suggestions, please do not hesitate to get in touch.

May you, your families and loved ones stay safe and in good health during this challenging time.

Best wishes

Cornelis Muller and Cobus Rademeyer.
